Ready to stop holding it all together on your own?

In a gentle online space I can support you through the fog of anxiety, work and relationship stress, deep grief and heavy life shifts or changes.

Support for Work or Relationship Stress and Anxiety

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxious thoughts, moving through grief, low mood, or navigating a major life change, you’re not alone. You may also be dealing with work or relationship stress and anxiety, and finding it hard to carry everything by yourself. Many people reach out when they no longer recognise themselves, when they’re tired of coping alone, or when life feels heavier than it should. I offer a warm, honest, and human space where you can show up exactly as you are. Our work won’t be cold or clinical. It will be real. Sometimes we’ll laugh, sometimes things may feel tender or challenging, and sometimes you might push back and that’s welcome. Therapy is a living, breathing relationship, and together we’ll explore what’s happening inside you with curiosity and compassion.

In therapy, even the parts we dislike are invited to speak and be understood.

My Way of Working

My integrative approach means I tailor our sessions to your needs. I draw from Person Centred therapy to stay with your present experience, Psychodynamic work to understand how the past shapes you, IFS (Internal Family Systems) to explore your inner parts, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment therapy) to help you unhook from difficult thoughts, and somatic mindfulness to reconnect you with your body’s wisdom. This blend helps you understand your internal world and how it influences the way you think, feel, and behave.
Things I can help with
• Navigating relationship struggles and improving your connection with others
• Building self-esteem and quieting spiralling thoughts
• Managing the intense pressure to be "The Best" in every area of life
• Supporting you through the emotional complexity of peri-menopause
• Coming to terms with your own neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism, AUDHD) and exploring how it affects you personally (the relationship you have with yourself) and your relationships with those around you, and professionally in terms of performance and how you relate to colleagues.
Ultimately, I am here to help you cultivate the deep self-awareness needed to finally embrace and feel at home with the real you.

About Me

I am a fully qualified BACP registered integrative psychotherapist, and my path to this work is both professional and personal. Having received an ADHD diagnosis later in life, I truly understand the complex mix of emotions that comes with looking back at your past through a new lens. I know what it’s like to wonder how things might have been different with earlier support, and this lived experience allows me to meet my neurodivergent clients with genuine empathy and a deep, shared understanding.
I believe that healing begins with a real, human connection rather than a clinical one. I started my career in the busy environment of NHS GP surgeries, supporting people through their most difficult moments and acute crises. This taught me the importance of grounded, ethical, and steady care. Today, I work exclusively online, providing a calm and focused space for high functioning professionals and adults who are feeling the weight of modern life.
While my core training is rooted in Person Centred and Psychodynamic therapy allowing us to explore both your current feelings and your earlier life patterns I am committed to ongoing professional advancement. I incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and somatic mindfulness into our sessions to ensure you have the most effective tools available. My objective is to assist you in moving beyond the mere discussion of difficulties toward achieving a tangible sense of peace in both mind and body. I am dedicated to walking alongside you with compassion, ensuring you always feel secure, heard, and respected. Furthermore, I am deeply invested in research regarding health and nutrition, which I explore as both an area of formal Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and a significant personal interest in holistic wellness. I am particularly fascinated by how these factors intersect with brain function, physical health, and the complex physiological transitions of peri- menopause, allowing for a more comprehensive understanding of your wellbeing.

Complaints Procedure & Ethical Standards

This Complaints Procedure is included in line with updated ethical guidance from the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). As a registered member of the BACP, I am committed to working transparently, safely and in your best interests.
If you ever have concerns about our work together, I encourage you to raise them with me directly in the first instance so we can talk them through and, where possible, resolve them together. Rupture and repair is an important element to therapy; what happens in the room is often what happens in real life. Being able to talk and work through a rupture in a relationship is a vital experience in both therapy and life to reach the repair or desired outcome. If you feel unable to do this, or if we cannot reach a resolution, you have the right to make a formal complaint to the BACP. Full details of their complaints process are available on the BACP website.
My aim is that you feel informed, respected and empowered throughout therapy, including knowing what to do and where to go if something does not feel right for you.
